Abstract: Latar belakang masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah kemajuan teknologi global telah mempengaruhi setiap aspek kehidupan, baik dalam dunia ekonomi, politik, budaya, seni, dan pendidikan. Tuntutan global menuntut agar dunia pendidikan senantiasa menyesuaikan perkembangan teknologi dengan upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan khususnya di dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui Evaluasi Kegiatan Pemberdayaan dan faktor penghambat evaluasi kegiatan pemberdayaan Desa Melalui Rumah Belajar Terintegrasi Smart Application di Desa Ononamolo Talafu Kecamatan Botomuzoi Kabupaten Nias. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori Badjuri dan Yuwono tentang indikator evaluasi pemberdayaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dimana dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari indikator evaluasi kegiatan pemberdayaan seperti indikator masukan, proses, hasil, dan dampak masih belum sepenuhnya maksimal karena adanya indikator yang masih belum terpenuhi khususnya dalam ketersediaan jaringan internet yang belum memadai, fasilitas berupa handphone android dan laptop yang masih terbatas. Faktor penghambat berasal dari anggaran dan sarana prasarana pemberdayaan masih terbatas. The background of the problem in this thesis is that global technological advances have affected every aspect of life, both in the world of economy, politics, culture, art, and education. Global demands demand that the world of education always adapts technological developments with efforts to improve the quality of education, especially in the learning process. This study aims to determine the evaluation of empowerment activities and the inhibiting factors for evaluating village empowerment activities through smart application integrated learning houses in Ononamolo Talafu kecamatan Botomuzoi Kabupaten Nias. The theory used is Badjuri and Yuwono’s theory of empowerment evaluation indicators. The research method used is a qualitative method where by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that from the evaluation indicators of empowerment activities such as indicators of input, process, result, and impact, it was still not fully maximized due to indicators that were still not fulfilled, especially in the availability of inadequate internet networks, facilities in the form of android phones and laptops which were still limited. The inhibiting factor comes from the budget and infrastructure for empowerment is still limited.
