Peran Camat Dalam Mewujudkan Good Governance Di Kecamatan Pulau Pulau Batu Kabupaten Nias Selatan

Abstract

Latar belakang masalah dalam skripsi ini adalah Peran Camat Dalam Mewujudkan Good Governance di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Batu Kabupaten Nias Selatan yang belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif, terutama mengenai transparan kepada masyarakat belum ada keterbukaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui peran camat serta kendala dalam mewujudkan good governance di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Batu Kabupaten Nias. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif sebagai analisis data. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Camat, Pegawai, dan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Batu. Data di kumpulkan berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu : observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan pengaduan masyarakat di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Batu bahwa tidak adanya Transparan pemerintah kepada masyarakat di kecamatan pulau- pulau batu Maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran Camat dalam mewujudkan Good Governance di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau batu Kabupaten Nias Selatan masih belum berjalan dengan efektif. Dalam hal transparan. Hal ini dilihat dari tiga indikator yang digunakan antara lain kebijakan, strategi, komunikasi. Kendala Camat dalam mewujudkan Good Governance Di Kecamatan Pulau-Pulau Batu Kabupaten Nias Selatan ialah kurangnya sumber daya manusia, serta sarana dan prasarana juga kurang memadai. The background of the problem in this thesis is the role of the sub-district head in realizing good governance in the sub-district of pulau batu, south Nias Regency, which has not been fully effective. Especially regarding transparency to the public there is no openness. This study aims to determine the role of the sub-district head and the obstacle in realizing good governance in the pulau batu sub-district, south Nias Regency. this study uses qualitative methods as data analysis. The sources of data in this study were the subdistrict head,employees, and the community in the pulau batu sub-district. Data were collection techniques, namely : observation,interviews,and documentation. With public complaints in the pulau batu sub-district that there is no transparent government to the people in the pulau pulau batu sub-district, the results of the study indicate that the role of the camat in realizinggood governance in the pulau batu sub-district, south Nias Regency, is still not running effectively in terms of transparency. This can be seen from the three indicators used, including policy,strategy, and communication. The sub-district, south Nias Regency, is the lack of human resources and inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
