Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kepribadian ekstraversion dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif . Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 45 orang dan sampel sebanyak 45 orang, peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepribadian ekstraversion dengan organizational citizenship behavior dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai 0.831 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.050, yang artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepribadian ekstraversion dan organizational citizenship behavior diterima. Begitu juga dengan nilai koefisien diterminan (R2) yang memiliki nilai 0,690, hal ini setara dengan 69%, bahwa kepribadian ekstraversion pada karyawan perusahaan tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 69% terhadap organizational citizenship behavior karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini kepribadian ekstraversion pada karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan tergolong tinggi, berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (95,36) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (75). Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PDAM Tirtanadi Cabang Tuasan tergolong baik juga, hal tersebut berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (96,24) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (75). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between ekstraversion personality and organizational citizenship behavior in PDAM Tirtanadi employees, Tuasan Branch. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was 45 people and a sample of 45 people, the researchers used a total sampling technique. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between ekstraversion personality and organizational citizenship behavior seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of 0.831 with p or significance 0.000 < 0.050, which means the hypothesis which states that there is a positive and significant correlation between ekstraversion personality and organizational citizenship behavior is accepted. Likewise, the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.690, this is equivalent to 69%, that the ekstraversion personality of the company's employees contributes 69% to employee organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, the ekstraversion personality of PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan employees is classified as high, based on the empirical average value obtained (95.36) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (75). Furthermore, it is known that organizational citizenship behavior in PDAM Tirtanadi Tuasan employees is also good, it is based on the empirical average value obtained (96.24) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (75)
