This study aims to determine the relationship between the work environment and work fatigue on employees of the Department of Industry. This study uses quantitative research methods with correlational analysis. The population in this study were 54 employees of the Department of Industry. Using a total sampling technique of sampling. The work environment is measured using a scale based on theory (Analysis, 2018), namely: work structure, responsibility, attention and support from leaders, collaboration between groups, and smooth communication. Work fatigue is measured using a scale that is based on aspects of work fatigue according to Schuler and Jackson (2001) as follows: Emotional Fatigue, Depersonalization Attitude, Feelings of Inadequacy. Based on the results of the analysis using the r Product Moment correlation analysis method, it is known that there is a negative relationship between the work environment and work fatigue where rxy = -0.540 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.050. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is r2 = 0.291. This shows that non-physical work environment contributes to work fatigue by 29.1%. Based on the results of the empirical and hypothetical average values, it can be concluded that the accepted work environment is classified as good and the work fatigue received is low.en_US
