Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan antara Manajemen Waktu dengan Efektivitas Kerja pada pegawai perusahaan umum pembangunan perumahan nasional regional 1 helvetia medan sumatra utara. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara Manajemen Waktu dengan Efektivitas Kerja pada pegawai perusahaan umum pembangunan perumahan nasional regional 1 helvetia medan sumatra utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang. Teknik pengambilan data sampel ialah menggunakan Total Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala Manajemen Waktu dan skala Efektivitas Kerja. Analisa data menggunakan analisis Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menyatakan Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Manajemen Waktu dan Efektivitas Kerja. Hal ini ditunjukan dari koefisien rxy = 0,725 ; p = 0.000 < 0,050 yang berarti bahwa semakin baik Manajemen Waktu maka semakin tinggi Efektivitas Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneliti ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen waktu tergolong tinggi karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 65 lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata empirik 74,33 dan efktivitas kerja tergolong sedang karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 72 lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata empirik 70,66 The purpose of this study was to see the corellation between Time Management and Work Effectiveness on employees of a public company for the construction of a national regional housing 1 Helvetia Medan, North Sumatra. The proposed hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between Time Management and Work Effectiveness on employees of a general national housing development company 1 Helvetia Medan, North Sumatra. The population in this study amounted to 31 people. The sampling technique used is Total Sampling. The data collection method is the Time Management scale and Work Effectiveness scale. Data analysis using Product Moment analysis. The results of the study stated that there was a significant relationship between Time Management and Work Effectiveness. This is shown from the coefficient rxy = 0.725; p = 0.000 < 0.050 which means that the higher the Time Management, the higher the Work Effectiveness. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative. And it can be concluded that time management is high because the hypothetical average value of 65 is smaller than the empirical average value of 74.33 and then the work effectiveness is classified as high because the hypothetical average value of 72 is smaller than the empirical average value of 70.66 .
