dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui hubungan Psychology Capital dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa psikologi Universitas Medan Area. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan positif antara psychology capital dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa psikologi Universitas Medan Area, artinya semakin tinggi psychology capital mahasiswa maka akan meningkatkan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Sebaliknya semakin rendah psychology capital mahasiswa maka semakin rendah minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 110 mahasiswa psikologi Universitas Medan Area. Tehnik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah metode kuantitatif. Bentuk skala dalam penelitian ini adalah skalaLikertdengan koefisien reliabilitas komunikasi interpersonal dengan rumus AlphaCronbach 0,895.Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment.Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan signifikan antarapsychology capital dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa psikologi (rxy 0,834 p (0,000)<0,050).Selanjutnya diketahui kontribusi psychology capital dengan minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa sebesar 69,3 %sedangkan 30,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain dengan mean empirik dari variabel psychology capital yang didapatkan, yakni 94,18 selisihnyadengan mean hipotetik sebesar 90 melebihiSD atau SB yang besarnya 10,632. This study aims to determine the relationship between Psychology Capital and interest in entrepreneurship in psychology students at the Medan Area University. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between psychology capital and interest in entrepreneurship in psychology students at the Medan Area University, meaning that the higher the psychology capital of students, the higher interest in entrepreneurship in students. On the other hand, the lower the psychology capital of students, the lower the interest in entrepreneurship in students. The sample in this study were 110 psychology students at Medan Area University. The sampling technique of this research is total sampling technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The form of the scale in this study is a Likert scale with the reliability coefficient of interpersonal communication with the Cronbach Alpha formula of 0.895. Data analysis using product moment correlation. Based on data analysis, there is a significant relationship between psychology capital and interest in entrepreneurship in psychology students (rxy 0.834 p (0.000) <0.050). Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of psychology capital with entrepreneurial interest in students is 69.3% while 30.7% is influenced by other factors with the empirical mean of the psychology capital variable obtained, which is 94.18 the difference with the hypothetical mean of 90 exceeding SD or SB which is 10,632 .en_US
