Proses Penerimaan Diri pada Remaja yang Hamil Hingga Melahirkan di Luar Nikah di Desa Bandar Klippa

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses penerimaan diri pada remaja yang hamil hingga melahirkan di luar nikah, seperti apa ciri-ciri penerimaan dirinya serta apa aja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan dirinya. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 3 remaja dengan rentan usia 18-21 tahun yang pernah hamil hingga melahirkan di luar nikah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga responden sudah dapat menerima dirinya sebagai remaja yang hamil hingga melahirkan di luar nikah. Proses penerimaan diri pada ketiga responden memiliki pola yang berbeda yaitu kedua responden mengalami tahap acceptance ketika responden telah melahirkan, dan satu responden mengalami tahap acceptance sejak akhir masa kehamilan. Akan tetapi, responden tetap mengalami tahap denial, anger, bergainning, depression, dan acceptance semasa kehamilan hingga melahirkan mereka. Ciri-ciri dan faktor-faktor penerimaan diri pada remaja yang hamil hingga melahirkan di luar nikah juga menjadi peran penting untuk mengetahui proses penerimaan diri responden. Dimana terlihat bahwa dari penelitian tersebut terdapat pada dua responden yang memiliki proses penerimaan dirinya cukup mudah, dan satu responden yang memiliki proses penerimaan dirinya cukup sulit. Terdapat perbedaan usia dan pola asuh dalam responden sangat berpengaruh terhadap proses penerimaan diri responden, dimana semakin matang usia maka proses penerimaan dirinya semakin mudah, dan semakin baik pola asuh yang didapat maka proses penerimaan dirinya semakin mudah. This study aims to find out how the process of self-acceptance in adolescents who are pregnant to give birth out of wedlock, what are the characteristics of self-acceptance and what are the factors that influence self-acceptance. The participants of this study were 3 teenagers with a range of 18-21 years old who had been pregnant to give birth out of wedlock. This type of research is a qualitative research using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the three respondents were able to accept themselves as teenagers who were pregnant and gave birth out of wedlock. The process of self-acceptance in the three respondents has a different pattern, namely both respondents experienced the acceptance stage when the respondent had given birth, and one respondent experienced the acceptance stage since the end of pregnancy. However, respondents continued to experience stages of denial, anger, gain, depression, and acceptance during pregnancy until they gave birth to them. The characteristics and factors of self-acceptance in adolescents who are pregnant to give birth out of wedlock also play an important role in knowing the process of self-acceptance of respondents. Where it can be seen that from the research there are two respondents who have a fairly easy self-acceptance process, and one respondent who has a fairly difficult self-acceptance process. There are differences in age and parenting patterns in respondents which greatly affect the respondent's self-acceptance process, where the more mature the age, the easier the self-acceptance process, and the better the parenting pattern obtained, the easier the self-acceptance process.
