Hubungan Rasa Aman dengan Kepercayaan Diri pada Wanita Lesbian di Medan Queer Club

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan rasa aman dengan kepercayaan diri pada wanita lesbian di Medan Queer Club, dimana yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota Medan Queer Club. Penyebaran skala pada rasa aman menggunakan skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi product moment dari karl pearson. iBerdasarkan ihasil ianalisis idengan imetode ikorelasi ir iProduct iMoment dengan nilai atau koefisien (rxy) = i0,479 dan iKoefisien ideterminan i(r2) = i0,228 idengan isignifikan ip=0.000< i0.05. hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu iada ihubungan ipositif antara irasa aman dengan kepercayaan diri pada wanita lesbian. IArtinya semakin itinggi irasa aman imaka isemakin itinggi ikepercayaan diri, begitu juga sebaliknya semakin rendah rasa aman maka semakin rendah kepercayaan diri wanita lesbian. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan iKoefisien ideterminan i(r2) = i0,228 menunjukan sumbangan iefektif iyang idi iberikan ikepercayaan diri idengan irasa aman isebesar i77,2%. Selanjutnya hasil nilai rata-rata empirik kepercayaan diri 48.400 dan nilai rata-rata hipotetiknya = 70.000 dan untuk rata empirik rasa aman =43.920 sedangkan rata-rata hipotetiknya 60,000. This study aims to examine the correlation between a sense of secure and self confidence in lesbian women in the Medan Queer Club, where the subjects in this study are members of the Medan Queer Club. The distribution of the scale on sense of secure uses a Likert scale. The data analysis method used in this research is the product moment correlation technique from Karl Pearson. Based on the results of the analysis with the correlation method r Product Moment with a value or coefficient (rxy) = 0.479 and Coefficient of determinant (r2) = 0.228 with significant p=0.000< 0.05. These results indicated that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted, namely that there was an positive correlation between sense of secure and self confidence in lesbian women. This means that the higher the sense of security, the higher the self-confidence, and vice versa, the lower the sense of security, the lower the self-confidence of lesbian women. This was evidenced by the calculation of the determinant Coefficient (r2) = 0.228, indicating an effective contribution that was given as confidence with a sense of security of 77.2%. Furthermore, the results of the empirical average value of self-confidence are 48,400 and the hypothetical average value = 70,000 and for the empirical sense of security = 43,920 while the hypothetical average is 60,000.
