Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara work life-balance dengan employee engagement pada karyawan di PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai berjumlah 232 orang, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala work-life balance dan skala employee engagement yang diukur dengan menggunakan bentuk skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikasi korelasi p = 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada hubungan positif antara work-life balance dengan employee engagement pada karyawan PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai, dengan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,333 atau 33,3 %. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima. Employee engagement tergolong sedang mengarah ke rendah (mean empirik = 58,53 < mean hipotetik = 62,5 dimana selisihnya lebih dari bilang SD = 14,040), dan untuk work- life balance tergolong sedang mengarah ke rendah (mean empirik = 62,01 < mean hipotetik = 62,5, dimana selisihnya lebih dari bilang SD = 13,355). The study aims to describe the correlation between the work-life balance and the employee engagement on the employees in PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai. The population of this study was employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai, amounting to 232 people, and the sample in this study amounted to 72 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method used is quantitative methods. Data collection uses a work-life balance scale and employee engagement scale, measured usiang a likert scale. The data analysis technique that used is the Product Moment Correlation technique. The results of this research show the significance value of the correlation p = 0,000 < 0,05, it means there is a positive correlation between the work-life balance and employee engagement on the employees of PT. Latexindo Toba Perkasa Binjai, with a determinant coefficient (r2) 0,333 or 33,3 %. In the words, the hypothesis is accepted. The employee engagement is classified as moderate leading to low (empirical mean = 58,53 < hypothetical mean = 62,5 where the difference is more that SD = 14,040), and for work-life balance is classified as moderate leading to low (empirical mean = 62,01 < hypothetical mean = 62,5 where the difference is more than SD = 13,655).
