Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai di Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif . Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang dan sampel sebanyak 50 orang, peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan metode analisis korelasional, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Work engagementdengan organizational citizenship behavior dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai 0.803 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.050, yang artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Work engagement dengan organizational citizenship behavior diterima. Begitu juga dengan nilai koefisien diterminan (R2) yang memiliki nilai 0,645, hal ini setara dengan 64,5%, artinya adalah bahwa Work engagementpada pegawai berkontribusi sebesar 64,5% terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pegawai. Dalam penelitian ini Work engagementpada pegawai tergolong tinggi, berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (88,94) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (67,5). Selanjutnya diketahui bahwa organizational citizenship behavior pada pegawai di Dinas Transmigrasi dan Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Aceh Tengah tergolong tinggi juga, hal tersebut berdasarkan pada nilai rata-rata empirik yang diperoleh (111,34) lebih besar dari nilai rata-rata hipotetik (85). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between work engagement and organizational citizenship behavior in employees at the Transmigration and Manpower Office of Central Aceh Regency. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this study was 50 people and a sample of 50 people, the researchers used a total sampling technique. Based on the results of data analysis using the correlational analysis method, it is known that there is a significant positive correlation between work engagementand organizational citizenship behavior seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) which has a value of 0.803 with p or significance 0.000 < 0.050, which means the hypothesis which states that there is a positive and significant correlation between work engagementand organizational citizenship behavior accepted. Likewise, the value of the determinant coefficient (R2) which has a value of 0.645, this is equivalent to 64.5%, which means that work engagementin employees contributes 64.5% to organizational citizenship behavior. In this study, the work engagementof employees is high, based on the empirical average value obtained (88.94) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (67.5). Furthermore, it is known that organizational citizenship behavior in employees at the Transmigration and Manpower Office of Central Aceh Regency is also high, it is based on the empirical average value obtained (111.34) which is greater than the hypothetical average value (85).
