Abstract: Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan stres akademik mahasiswa sebelum daring dan sesudah daring di Universitas Medan Area Fakultas Psikologi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 31 mahasiswa, dengan hipotesis: Adanya perbedaan stres akademik pada mahasiswa fakultas psikologi kelas C1 di tinjau sebelum daring dan setelah kegiatan daring. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan metode skala Likert dengan menggunakan skala Aspek stres akademik menurut Sun, Dunne dan How (2011) : Tekanan belajar, beban tugas, kekhawatiran terhadap nilai, ekspetasi diri, dan keputusasaan. Untuk menguji hipotesis, peneliti menggunakan uji teknik independent sample test atau disebut juga dengan uji T. Setelah dilakukan analisis data maka diperoleh hasil penelitian : Adanya perbedaan stres akademik antara mahasiswa fakultas psikologi Universitas Medan Area yang di tinjau dari pembelejaran daring dan sebelum daring, dimana T = 2.897, dengan signifikan p = 0.009 ˂ 0,050. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu adanya perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran daring, diterima. This study aims to see the difference in student academic stres before and after being online at the University of Medan Area, Faculty of Psychology. The research sample was 31 students, with the hypothesis: There is a difference in academic stres before and after online activities. This study was compiled based on the Likert scale method using the Aspects of Faith scale according to Syaifuddin (2019): Ideological, Intellectual, Ritualistic, Experimental, Consequential, Community. To test the proposed hypothesis, it is done by using the independent T test technique. After analyzing the data, the research results obtained: There is a difference in faith between before participating in the organization and after participating, where T = 2.897, with a significant p = 0.009 0.050. This means that the hypothesis proposed is that there is a difference in faith before participating in the organization and after participating in the organization, is accepted.
