dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Hubungan Lingkungan Psikososial dengan Prokrastinasi Kerja Pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah Ada hubungan negatif lingkungan psikososial dengan prokrastinasi. Dengan asumsi semakin baik lingkungan psiko sosial maka prokrastinasi semakin rendah dan sebaliknya semakin buruk lingkungan psikososial maka semakin tinggi prokrastinasi.Metode penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian korelasional dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa skala likert yaitu skala psikososial dan prokrastinasi. populasi penelitian berjumlah 50 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji analisis korelasi bivariate pearson dimana Dengan melihat nilai uji analisa keterhubungan, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara Psiko sosial dengan Prokastinasi kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,433, dengan Signifikan p= 0,001 < 0,05. Sementara itu hasil analisis uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel Psiko sosial mempunyai hubungan yang liniear dengan Prokastinasi kerja. Sebagai kriterianya apabila p beda pada deviation for linierity >0,050. Dimana koefisienF 1.169 > 0,345. Diketahui hasil penelitian psikososisal tergolong sedang karena mean hipotetik (55.00) berada diantara nilai mean empirik (56.540) dan prokrastinasi kerja tergolong sedang karena mean hipoteteik (42.500) berada diantara mean empirik 47.540). This study aims the correlation between Psychosocial Environmental Relations with Employee Work Procrastination at the Health Office of North Sumatra Province. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative correlation between the psychosocial environment and procrastination. With the assumption that the better the psycho-social environment, the lower the procrastination and vice versa, the worse the psychosocial environment, the higher the procrastination. This research method is a correlational research method using data collection techniques in the form of a Likert scale, namely the psychosocial and procrastination scale. The research population is 50 people with total sampling technique. The analysis used is the Pearson bivariate correlation analysis test where by looking at the value of the connectedness analysis test, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between social psychology and work procrastination. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.433, with significant p = 0.001 <0.05. Meanwhile, the results of the linearity test analysis showed that the psychosocial variables had a linear relationship with work procrastination. As a criterion if p is different in deviation for linearity > 0.050. Where the coefficient F 1.169 > 0.345. It is known that the results of psychosocial research are moderate because the hypothetical mean (55.00) is between the empirical mean (56.540) and work procrastination is classified as moderate because the hypothetical mean (42.500) is between the empirical mean (47.540).en_US
