Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Program Desa Wisata Berbasis Potensi Lokal Di Desa Denai Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat merupakan gabungan yang terajadi antara (intervening) dalam proses pemberdayaan (process of empowerment) pemberdayaan masyarakat seolah mengesankan arti adanya sikap mental. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu mengetahui bagaimana bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program desa wisata di Desa Denai Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang. mengetahui apa saja hambatan program pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Denai Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang. tiori yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tiori faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemberdayaan masyarakat menurut Soeharto, yang menjelaskan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah proses dan tujuan yang meliputi kemungkinan, keterampilan, perlindungan, dukungan dan pemeliharaan. metode peneliti yang di gunakan adalah metode kualitatif. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program desa wisata di Desa Denai Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang belum sepenuhnya di katakan berjalan dengan baik di karenakan masih ada bentuk pemberdayaan masyarakat yang masih terhambat yang bisa di lihat dari segi kemampuan masyarkat Desa Denai Lama yang belum bisa seutuhnya ikut berpartisipasi dalam pengembangan desa wisata dan masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi. Serta, faktor penghambat Program pengembangan desa wisata di Desa Denai Lama Kabupaten Deli Serdang yaitu dana yang masih terbatas kurangnya dukungan partisipasi warga desa , masih terjadinya konflik di masyarakat . Community empowerment is a combination that occurs between (intervening) in the process of empowerment (process of empowerment). This study has a goal, namely to find out how the form of community empowerment through the tourism village program in Denai Lama Village, Deli Serdang Regency. This study aims to find out what are the obstacles to the tourism village development program in Denai Lama Village, Deli Serdang Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory of Suharto, 2010 which explains that community empowerment is a process and a goal that includes possibilities, skills, protection, support and maintenance. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this study show that the form of community empowerment through the tourism village program in Denai Lama Village, Deli Serdang Regency has not been fully said to be running well, because there are still forms of community empowerment that are still hampered which can be seen in terms of the ability of the people of Denai Lama Village who have not been able to fully participate in the development of tourist villages and still need to be improved. Also, the inhibiting factors for the tourism village development program in Denai Lama Village, Deli Serdang Regency, are the lack of support for community participation, the low level of human resources in the development of the Denai Lama Tourism Village and the frequent occurrence of conflicts between residents.
