LKP Perancangan Sistem Pengajuan Cuti Pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Provinsi Sumatera Utara Berbasis Web

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dibidang pengajuan cuti saat ini berkembang pesat. Tetapi masih banyak lagi permasalahan atau kantor masih menggunakan sistem informasi yang dilakukan secara manual. Penelitian ini akan rnengambil contoh pada sistem informasi pengajuan cuti yaitu cara pengajuan cuti yang kurang efektif pada kantor dinas sosial. Jadi, pegawai harus mendatangi kantor dinas sosial provinsi sumatera utara. Sebagai contoh dalam penelitian ini penulis melaksanakan penelitian sistem informasi pengajuan cuti pegawai. Untuk mengajukan surat cuti pada kantor dinas sosial provinsi sumatera utara lebilh fleksibel melalui proses ini, penelitian akan membuat perencanaan sistem pengajuan cuti berbasis web untuk meningkatkan rnanejemen pengajuan cuti pada kantor dinas sosial provinsi sumatera utara dari sistem yang lama, diharapkan akan menyelesaikan masalah dan meningkatkan layanan dan perbaikan lainnya dalam pengajuan cuti pegawai ini. The development of technology in the field of applying for leave is currently growing rapidly. Still, many more companies or offices still use information systems that are done manually. This study will take an example of a leave application information system, namely a less effective way of submitting leave at the social service office. So, employees must go to the social service office of the North Sumatra province. For example, in this study, the authors carried out research on information systems for filing employee leave. To apply for leave letters to the social service office of North Sumatra province more flexible through this process, the research will plan a web-based leave application system to improve the management of application for leave at the social service office of North Sumatra province from the old system, which is expected to solve problems and improve services and other improvements in this employee leave application.
