dc.description.abstractKinerja Pegawai merupakan hal yang krusial , Kinerja Pegawai desa kolam jika dilihat dalam konteks yang lebih kecil keadaan dan kondisi desa ini cukup tertata , namun beberapa fasilitas umum belum terealisasikan secara inklusif , dalam kebutuhan administratif juga masih mendapat tanggapan sedikit kurang memuaskan dari beberapa masyarakat . fakta lapangan yang ada menjadi pendorong penulis untuk mengangkat judul ini ke dalam sebuah penelitian guna untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja pegawai desa , serta faktor apa saja yang menjadi penghambat dalam memenuhi pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif , menurut moleong metode kualitatif dipakai dengan pedoman melakukan penelitian untuk memahami apa yang dialami subjek mulai dari perilaku , persepsi, motivasi, Tindakan dll. Secara teori , penelitian ini memakai teori dari Dharma (2012:24) yang memuat 3 indikator kinerja antara lain : Kualitas, Kuantitas, Dan Ketepatan Waktu, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwasannya pegawai desa kolam cukup baik dalam melayani masyarakat, dan kinerja nya dikatakan cukup tanggap , disisi lain hal yang kurang dari kinerja pegawai terlihat dari fasilitas umum yang masih kurang maksimal. Pegawai desa menginformasikan bahwa masih banyak faktor penghambat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat diantaranya ialah : minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat, ketidaksesuaian berkas, dana,serta keterbatasan waktu dan jarak . Employee’s performance is crutial thing. Performance from village office employee in Desa Kolam if we saw it in short seems good from the situation and also the condition, but in some case namely public facility not implemented inclusively yet, also in case administration also have to noted that their performance have to raised according to public response. Based from what writter saw in the observation area , the fact about the situation and the condition of this village it was being reason to observing more about how does people as the employee serving the public also what’s factor that make them hard to optimlaized their performance as public servant. by using the methods from Moleong that containly about guidelines to get to know the object by doing the observate them start from the behavior, perception, action , and many more.in theory this research using the one from Dharma (2012:24) which is containly about some indicators of performance namely : Quality, Quantity, and Punctuality . the result of this research showing to reader that village office’s employee did their performance as public servant good enough because they do responsive with public . in other case we could see that the one of problem is about the public facilities, according of statement from one of part of public servant said that they had so much terrible to solve to implemented public service optimaly, they are : Low knosledege of citizens, file was mismatch , also cost and times.en_US
