Abstract: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan dan persepsi keamanan terhadap minat menggunakan Livin By Mandiri Mobile pada nasabah Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Gunung Krakatau I. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dua variabel atau lebih, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pengguna atau nasabah yang menggunakan LivinBy Mandiri Mobile pada nasabah Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Gunung Krakatau I sebanyak 87 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa persepsi manfaat (X1), persepsi kemudahan (X2) dan persepsi keamanan (X3) secara bersama-sama (simultan) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan Livin By Mandiri Mobile pada nasabah bank Mandiri KCP Medan Gunung Krakatau I. To determine the effect of perceived benefits, perceived convenience and perceived security on interest in using Livin By Mandiri Mobile on customers of Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Gunung Krakatau I. This study used associative research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables, where the variables are measured by a scale. likert. In this study, a sample of users or customers who use LivinBy Mandiri Mobile on Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Gunung Krakatau I customers is 87 people. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that perceived benefits (X1), perceived convenience (X2) and perceived security (X3) together (simultaneously) had a significant influence on customer interest in using Livin By Mandiri Mobile on Bank Mandiri KCP Medan Gunung Krakatau I bank customers.
