dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada bidan di UPT Puskesmas Dolok Masihul. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan yang negatif antara beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada bidan di UPT Puskesmas Dolok Masihul. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 39 bidan di UPT Puskesmas Dolok Masihul. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik total sampling. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Bentuk skala dalam penelitian ini adalah skala Likert dengan koefisien reliabilitas beban kerja dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach 0,903 dan koefisien reliabilitas kepuasan kerja dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach 0,894. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan (rxy = -0,550; P = 0,000 <0,05). Selanjutnya diketahui kontribusi beban kerja dengan kepuasan kerja pada pegawai sebesar 30,2 % sedangkan 69,8% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Diketahui beban kerja tergolong tinggi dimana mean hipotetik 52,5 lebih kecil dari mean empirik 72,23 dan selisihnya melebihi nilai SD 9,552. Dan kepuasan kerja yang tergolong rendah dimana mean hipotetik 57,5 lebih besar dari mean empirik 46,05 dan selisihnya kurang dari nilai SD 7,529. This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and job satisfaction for midwives at UPT Puskesmas Dolok Masihul. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a negative correlation between workload and job satisfaction for midwives at UPT Puskesmas Dolok Masihul. The sample in this study were 39 midwives at UPT Puskesmas Dolok Masihul. The sampling technique in this study is a total sampling technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The form of the scale in this study is a Likert scale with the coefficient of workload reliability with the Cronbach Alpha formula 0.903 and the job satisfaction reliability coefficient with the Cronbach Alpha formula 0.894. Data analysis using product moment correlation. Based on data analysis, there is a significant negative relationship between workload and employee job satisfaction (rxy = -0.550; P = 0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, it is known that the contribution of workload to job satisfaction for employees is 30.2%, while 69.8% is influenced by other factors. It is known that the workload is classified as high where the hypothetical mean is 52.5 less than the empirical mean 72.23 and the difference exceeds the SD value of 9.552. And job satisfaction is classified as low where the hypothetical mean is 57.5 greater than the empirical mean 46.05 and the difference is less than the SD value of 7.529.en_US
