Pengaruh Sistem Panen 8/10 dan Premi Panen Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pemanen Kelapa Sawit di Kebun Rambutan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero)

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem panen 8/10 dan premi pemanen terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit di Kebun Rambutan, PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (PTPN III). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan mengambil data primer melalui angket dengan populasi dan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Sampel ditentukan secara acak dengan jumlah responden 58 karyawan pemanen. Hasil angket dianalisis menggunakan skala Likert. Hipotesis penelitian ini diuji dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dimana kinerja karyawan pemanen (Y) sebagai variabel terikat, sedangkan sistem panen 8/10 (X1) dan premi pemanen (X2) sebagai variabel bebas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serempak sistem panen 8/10 (X1) dan premi pemanen (X2) berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit (Y). Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) diketahui bahwa pengaruh sistem panen 8/10 dan premi pemanen terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit adalah sebesar 66,30 %. Pengaruh parsial dari sistem panen 8/10 (X1) dan premi pemanen (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pemanen kelapa sawit (Y) di Kebun Rambutan, PTPN III. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the 8/10 harvesting system and harvester premium on the performance of oil palm harvesters at Rambutan Plantation, PT. Nusantara III Plantation (PTPN III). The research method used is to take primary data through a questionnaire with the population and sample using the Slovin formula. The sample was determined randomly with the number of respondents being 58 harvesters. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using a Likert scale. The hypothesis of this study was tested using multiple linear regression analysis, where the performance of harvesters (Y) as the dependent variable, while the harvesting system of 8/10 (X1) and harvester's premium (X2) as independent variables. The results showed that simultaneously the 8/10 harvesting system (X1) and harvester premium (X2) had a very significant effect on the performance of oil palm harvesters (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination (R2), it is known that the effect of the 8/10 harvest system and harvester premium on the performance of oil palm harvesters is 66.30%. The partial effect of the 8/10 harvest system (X1) and the harvester's premium (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of oil palm harvesters (Y) at Rambutan Plantation, PTPN III.
