Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas karyawan PT. Astra International Tbk Cabang Kisaran. Produktivitas kerja adalah perbandingan terbaik antara hasil yang diperoleh (output) dengan jumlah sumber kerja yang dipergunakan (input), serta hasil kerja seseorang dalam kurun waktu tertentu yang dilakukan secara efektif, dan pendaya gunaan sumber daya manusia secara efesien. Iklim organisasi merupakan suatu kondisi lingkungan internal organisasi yang dirasakan oleh seluruh anggota organsasi dan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling yang berjumlah 40 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala iklim organisasi dan data produktivitas. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Adapun nilai mean hipotetik untuk variabel iklim organisasi < nilai mean empirik yaitu 90 < 107,72 sehingga iklim organisasi dinyatakan tergolong tinggi. Sedangkan untuk variabel produktivitas nilai mean hipotetik < nilai mean hipotetik yakni 0 < 19,01 sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa produktivitas tergolong baik. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil ada pengaruh signifikan antara iklim organisasi dengan produktivitas karyawan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien dimana koefisien yaitu 0,190 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05, dengan bobot sumbangan 19,0%. Artinya Hipotesis yang diajukan semakin baik iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi produktivitas karyawan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee productivity of PT. Astra International Tbk Range Branch. Work productivity is the best comparison between the results obtained (output) with the number of work resources used (input), as well as the results of a person's work within a certain period of time which is carried out effectively, and the efficient use of human resources. Organizational climate is a condition of the organization's internal environment that is felt by all members of the organization and has an influence on organizational performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 40 employees. This research uses organizational climate scale and productivity data. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is an influence of organizational climate on employee productivity. The hypothetical mean value for the organizational climate variable < empirical mean value is 90 < 107.72 so that the organizational climate is declared high. As for the productivity variable, the hypothetical mean value < the hypothetical mean value is 0 < 19.01, so it can be stated that the productivity is classified as good. And based on the results of data analysis conducted, the results obtained that there is a significant influence between organizational climate and employee productivity. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient where the coefficient is 0.190 with a significance of p = 0.000 <0.05, with a contribution weight of 19.0%. This means that the proposed hypothesis is the better the organizational climate, the higher the productivity of employees is declared accepted.
