dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah citra merek dan kualitas Pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat konsumen Menggunakan Jasa Taksi Blue Bird. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan daftar pertanyaan atau angket yang disebar kepada responden dengan menggunakan teknik accidental sampling diproleh 100 orang responden. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian assosiatif yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis linear berganda .Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah citra merek dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan. This study aims to determine whether brand image and service quality have a significant positive effect on consumer intentions to use Blue Bird Taxi Services. Collecting data in this study using a list of questions or questionnaires distributed to respondents using accidental sampling technique obtained 100 respondents. This type of research is associative research, namely research that aims to determine whether there is an effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results obtained from this study are brand image and service quality have a significant positive effect on intention to use. | en_US |
