Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas pelayanan dan suasana kafe mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung kembali konsumen kafe gapura lawas (Jl.Besar Sidodadi Desa Teluk Panji Kecamatan Kampung Rakyat) Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan kafe gapura lawas desa teluk panji kecamatan kampung rakyat. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 171 responden, dengan Penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dimana dengan mengambil sampel dari populasi melalui secara acak tanpa harus melihat setrata dalam suatu populasi. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model statistik yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi liniear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25 (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for windows. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan proses pengumpulan data dan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan suasana kafe terhadap variabel dependen yaitu minat berkunjung kembali. Variabel kualitas pelayanan diperoleh nilai t adalah thitung > ttabel (5,187 > 1,974) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan untuk variabel suasana kafe diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (10,188 > 1,974) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan kualitas pelayanan dan suasana kafe berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada pada kafe gapura lawas. Dan uji F diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel (120,280 > 3,05), dengan hipotesis diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan variabel suasana kafe (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung kembali (Y). This study aims to determine whether the quality of service and the atmosphere of the cafe have an influence on the interest of returning customers to the old gate cafe (Jl. Besar Sidodadi Teluk Panji Village, Kampung Rakyat District). . This study used a sample of 171 respondents, with sampling using simple random sampling technique where by taking samples from the population randomly without having to look at the average in a population. Hypothesis testing in this study uses statistical model analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 25 software (Statistical Product and Services Solution). for windows. Research data sourced from primary data and the process of collecting data and using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between the independent variable, namely the quality of service and the atmosphere of the cafe on the dependent variable, namely the interest in returning. The service quality variable obtained by the t value is tcount > ttable (5,187 > 1,974) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 and for the cafe atmosphere variable, the value of tcount > ttable (10.188 > 1.974) with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 can be concluded. the service and atmosphere of the cafe have a positive and significant effect on the interest in returning to the old gate cafe. And the F test obtained fcount > ftable (120.280 > 3.05), with the hypothesis accepted so that it can be concluded that the service quality variable (X1) and the cafe atmosphere variable (X2) simultaneously affect the interest in revisiting (Y).
