Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh bonus dan citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas member pada perusahaan PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera di Sekretariat (Basecamp) Jalan Ayahanda Gang Baku No.3 Medan yang berjumlah 300 Orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu asosiatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model statistik yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, regresi liniear berganda, uji T, uji F ,dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25.00 (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu bonus dan citra perusahaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu loyalitas. Dari hasil pengujian secara parsial Uji T menunjukkan variabel bonus diperoleh nilai thitung (2,287) > ttabel (1,666) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,025 < 0,05, membuktikan bahwa bonus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Dan variabel citra perusahaan diperoleh nilai thitung (8,233) > ttabel (1,666) dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, membuktikan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Uji F simultan ditunjukkan pada nilai Fhitung sebesar 37,319 >3,12 (Ftabel) dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bonus dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Dari hasil pembahasan regresi linear berganda Y = 5,000 + 0,345X1+ 0,882X2, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bonus dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas member pada perusahaan PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,509 artinya loyalitas dapat dijelaskan oleh bonus dan citra perusahaan sebesar 50,9% sedangkan 49,1% lagi dapat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of bonuses and company image on the loyalty member. The population in this study were member at the company PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera at the secretariat (basecamp) street Ayahanda Gang Baku No.3 Medan totaling 300 members. This study used a sample of 75 respondents. The research method used is associative. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires. Hypothesis tasting in this study uses statistical model analysis consisting of validity tests, reliability tests, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedastucity test, multiple linear regression, T test. F test and Coefficient of determination. (R2) using SPSS 25.00 (Statistical Poduct and Service Solution) software for windows.The result showed that there was a relationship between the independent variables, namely bonuses and company image with the dependent variable, namely loyalty. From the partial test results, the T test shows the bonuses variable, the value of tcount (2,287) > ttable (1.666) with a significance level of 0.025 < 0.05, proving that bonuses has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. And the variable company image obtained the value of tcount (8,223) ttable (1.666) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, proving that company image has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. Simultaneous Ftest is shown at the Fcount of 37,319 > 3.12 Ftable with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that simultaneously the variables of bonuses and company image have a positive and significant effect on loyalty.From the results of the discussion of multiple linear regression Y = 5,000+0.345X1+ 0.882X2, it can be concluded that bonuses and company image have a positive and significant effect on loyalty member at the company PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera.The coeficient of determination (R square) of 0.509 means that loyalty can be explained by bonuses and company image by 50,9%, while another 49,1% can be explained by factors not examined in this research. |
