dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi yang terdiri dari Komitmen Afektif, Komitmen Berkelanjutan, Komitmen Normatif dan Pengaruh Karakteristik Individual terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Adolina. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan perhitungan sampel dengan simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh sebayak 101 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan perangkat SPSS 26. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh bahwa Komitmen Afektif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV PKS Adolina, Komitmen Normatif berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV PKS Adolina, Komitmen Berkelanjutan (X3) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV PKS Adolina dan Karakteristik Individual berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV PKS Adolina This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment consisting of Affective commitment, Continuance commitment, Normative commitment and the effect of individual characteristics on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Palm Oil Mill (PKS) Adolina. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method used was questionnaires and sample calculations with simple random sampling method in order to obtain as many as 101 samples. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. Based on the data obtained, Affective Commitment has a no significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina POM, Normative Commitment has no significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina POM, Continuance Commitment (X3) has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Adolina POM and Individual Characteristics have no significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Nusantara IV Adolina POM. | en_US |
