dc.description.abstract | Kutu daun (Aphis gossypii Glover) merupakan salah satu hama yang merusak tanaman terung, hingga terjadi kerusakan secara fisik juga sebagai vektor penyakit pada tanaman yang mengakibatkan menurunnya hasil produksi tanaman terung. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas ekstrak daun pepaya, daun mimba dan buah maja dalam pengendalian kutu daun (Aphis gossypii Glover). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap non faktorial yang terdiri dari 11 taraf dan 3 ulangan, yaitu A0 (kontrol), A1 (kontrol positif), A2 (ekstrak daun pepaya 30%), A3 (ekstrak daun pepaya 40%), A4 (ekstrak daun pepaya 50%), A5 (ekstrak daun mimba 30%), A6 (ekstrak daun mimba 40%), A7 (ekstrak daun mimba 50%), A8 (ekstrak buah maja 30%), A9 (ekstrak buah maja 40%), A10 (ekstrak buah maja 50%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pestisida nabati memperlihatkan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap mortalitas kutu daun (Aphis gossypii Glover) secara bertutut-turut. LC50 ekstrak daun papaya 50% dengan mortalitas 93,3% diikuti dengan ekstrak buah maja 50% dengan mortalitas 90% dan ekstrak daun mimba 50% dengan mortalitas 73,3% yang diperoleh dengan LT50 pada 15 hari setelah aplikasi (HSA). Aphids (Aphis gossypii Glover) is one of the pests that damage eggplant plants, causing physical damage as well as vectors of disease in plants resulting in decreased eggplant production. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of papaya leaf extract, neem leaf and maja fruit in controlling aphids (Aphis gossypii Glover). This research method used a non-factorial completely randomized design consisting of 11 levels and 3 replications, namely A0 (control), A1 (positive control), A2 (30% papaya leaf extract), A3 (40% papaya leaf extract), A4 (40%). papaya leaf extract 50%), A5 (30% neem leaf extract), A6(40% neem leaf extract), A7 (50% neem leaf extract), A8 (30% maja fruit extract), A9(40% maja fruit extract ), A10 (50% maja fruit extract). The results showed that the application of botanical pesticides showed a significant effect on the mortality of aphids (Aphis gossypii Glover) successively. LC50 of 50% papaya leaf extract with 93.3% mortality followed by 50% maja fruit extract with 90% mortality and neem leaf extract 50% with 73.3% mortality obtained with LT50 at 15 days after application (HSA). | en_US |
