dc.description.abstractRiset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Kompetensi Dan Pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kebun Sei Silau PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini kami melakukan penelitian kepada 100 karyawan Kebun Sei Silau melalui pendekatan secara survei. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Deskriptif (narasi) dan Regresi Linear Berganda dengan rumus Z = α + β1x1 + β2x2 + Y. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer melalui metode wawancara dengan pengisian kuesioner dan data sekunder melalui studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Kompetensi dan Pelatihan SDM secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Budaya Organisasi. Variabel Pelatihan SDM dan Budaya Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sedangkan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kebun Sei Silau PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. Variabel Kompetensi dan Pelatihan SDM melalui Budaya Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Kebun Sei Silau PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. This research aims to analyze The Influence of Competence and Human Resource Training on Employee Performance with Organizational Culture as an Intervening Variable at Sei Silau Plantation, PT. Nusantara Plantation III. To answer this problem, we conducted research on 100 employees of Kebun Sei Silau through a survey approach. The method used is descriptive method (narrative) and multiple linear regression with the formula Z = α + β1x1 + β2x2 +. The data used are primary data through interview method by filling out questionnaires and secondary data through documentation study. The results showed that the variables of Competence and Human Resource Training simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Culture. The variables of Human Resource training and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, competence has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at Kebun Sei Silau PT. Nusantara Plantation III. Variables Competence and Human Resource Training through Organizational Culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Sei Silau Plantation PT.
