dc.description.abstract | Disiplin yang baik tentu akan menciptakan pondasi yang kuat dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggungjawab didalam Instansi , Karena dengan disiplin yang baik tentunya akan memaksimalkan kinerja. Disiplin yang baik juga harus terjalin di Kantor Satpol-PP Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sesuai dengan aturanaturan yang diterapkan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Peranan Kepala Satpol-PP dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai di kantor Satpol- PP dan untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan ketidak disiplinan pegawai Satpol-PP di kantor Satpol-PP Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif pendekatakan deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian tepatnya di Kantor Satpol-PP Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Jalan Sinta M Pohan No 1 Pandan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Peranan Kepala Satpol-PP dalam melakukan disiplin di kantor Satpol-PP sudah berjalan baik. Ini didukung dengan indikator Keteladanan, Perintis, Penyelaras, dan Pemberdaya. Hasil ini juga diperkuat dengan informan-informan baik utama, kunci dan tambahan dilapangan. Pembinaan dan evaluasi akan diberikan dari pemimpin kepada ASN yang kurang disiplin baik dari keterlambatan, kurangnya komunikasi yang baik di waktu kerja. Dan jika masih berulang-ulang dilakukan maka akan diberikan Surat Peringatan (SP). Dengan begitu peranan pemimpin di Kantor-Satpol-PP Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah sudah berjalan baik sesuai dengan tugas dan kewajibannya sebagai pemimpin. Good discipline will certainly create a strong foundation in the implementation of duties and responsibilities within the agency, because good discipline will certainly maximize performance. Good discipline must also be established at the Central Tapanuli Regency Satpol-PP Office in accordance with the applied rules. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the Head of Satpol- PP in improving the work discipline of employees at the Satpol-PP office and to determine the factors that cause indiscipline of Satpol-PP employees at the Satpol-PP office in Central Tapanuli Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The research location is precisely at the Satpol-PP Office of Central Tapanuli Regency, Jalan Sinta M Pohan No. 1 Pandan. The results of the study show that the role of the Head of Satpol-PP in carrying out discipline at the Satpol-PP office has been running well. This is supported by the Exemplary, Pioneer, Aligner, and Empowerer indicators. This result was also strengthened by the main, key and additional informants in the field. Guidance and evaluation will be given from leaders to ASN who lack discipline either from delays, lack of good communication at work. And if it is done repeatedly, a Warning Letter (SP) will be given. Thus, the role of the leader in the Satpol-PP Office of Central Tapanuli Regency has been running well in accordance with his duties and obligations as a leader. | en_US |
