dc.description.abstract | Transportasi merupakan salah satu sarana yang sangat penting untuk mendukung aktifitas dan mobilitas penduduk, selain itu transportasi memiliki posisi penting dan strategis dalam pembangunan bangsa dan hak ini tercermin pada kebutuhan mobilitas seluruh sektor dan wilayah, karena pengangkutan berarti memberikan nilai lebih pada suatu barang atau jasa. Permasalahan dalam peneliti!an ini adalah, Bagaimana perlindungan konsumen yang mengalami kerugian akibat hilangnya barang di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai, Bagaimana Tanggung Jawab perusahaan terhadap kehilangan barang pengiriman di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai, dan Bagaimana upaya penyelesaian terhadap hilangnya barang kiriman di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Balai. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptip analisis dan dianalisa dengan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai jika konsumen meminta ganti rugi atas kerugian yang dideritanya yaitu dengan musyawarah. Proses ini diawali dengan pengajuan tuntutan ganti rugi disertai bukti yang dilakukan pengirim kepada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai, kemudian pihak PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai akan menawarkan penyelesaian masalah melalui musyawarah maka PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai akan memeriksa tuntutan ganti rugi tersebut, yang nantinya jika memang benar terbukti PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai yang melakukan kesalahan atau kelalaian dalam penyelenggaraan pengangkutan maka pihak PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Daerah Operasi Tanjung Balai akan mengajak pihak pengirim untuk mengadakan musyawarah dengan bernegosiasi tentang jumlah ganti rugi yang diberikan. Transportation is one of the most important means to support the activities and mobility of the population, moreover transportation has a substantial and strategic position in the development of the nation, and this right is reflected in the mobility needs of all sectors and regions because transportation means giving more value to an item or service. The problems in this study were how to protect consumers who experience losses due to loss of goods at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Balai Operation Area, What was the company's responsibility for the loss of shipping goods at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Balai Operation Area, and How to resolve the loss of consignments at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Balai. The research method used was normative juridical by a descriptive analysis approach that led to normative legal research. The research result was conducted at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Balai Operations Area which the consumer asked for compensation for the loss he had experienced, it was through deliberation. This process is begun by the submiting a claim for compensation accompanied by evidence by the sender to PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Operational Area Tanjung Balai then would offer a solution to the problem through deliberation, so they would examine the claim for compensation, which later if it was proven that PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Operational Area Tanjung Balai that made mistakes or omissions in the implementation of transportation, PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Tanjung Balai Operations Area would invite the party of sender to hold a deliberation by negotiating the amount of compensation given. | en_US |
