dc.description.abstract | Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Beban Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pelaksana Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kebun Karet Distrik Serdang II PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. Perkebunan Nusantara III. This research aims to analyze The Effect Of Workload And Work Stress On Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction As An Intervening Variable at the Serdang II District Rubber Plantation, PT. Nusantara Plantation III. To answer this problem, we conducted a study on 82 employees based on age using a simple random sampling. The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative approach and Multiple Linear Regression with the formula Z = α + β1x1 + β2x2 + Y. The data used are primary data through the interview method by filling out questionnaires and secondary data through documentation studies. The results showed that the variables of Workload (X1) and Work Stress (X2) simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Y). While the variable workload, work stress and intervening variable job satisfaction (Y) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Z). Variables of Workload and Work Stress through Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Rubber Plantation in Serdang II District PT. Nusantara Plantation III. | en_US |
