Abstract: | Kalor adalah sejenis energi yang dipindahkan dari sistem yang bertemperatur lebih tinggi ke yang lebih rendah sebagai akibat dari perbedaan temperatur. Fungsi Sterilizer di pabrik kelapa sawit memanfaatkan steam untuk merebus atau mengolah Tandan Buah Segar (TBS). Steam jenuh digunakan, dan diumpankan ke dalam Back Pressure Vessel pada tekanan 200-350 KPa (BPV). Jika kriteria tersebut tidak terpenuhi, efisiensi produksi CPO yang dicapai tidak akan sesuai dengan standar yang digariskan dalam SNI 01-2901-2006. Prosedur perebusan dilakukan dengan menggunakan sistem puncak ganda. Hasil perhitungan kehilangan panas pada unit Sterilizer di PT. Perkebunan PKS Nusantara II. Karena suhu dan tekanan pada Sterilizer lebih tinggi pada puncak pertama dan kedua, pada unit Sterilizer menggunakan sistem perebusan dua puncak pada puncak, Perkebunan Nusantara II PKS Pagar Merbau berevolusi dari yang pertama ke yang kedua. Puncak pertama memiliki nilai 12816.9873 kJ, sedangkan puncak kedua memiliki nilai 20003.409 kJ. Heat is a type of energy that is transferred from a system with a higher temperature to a lower one as a result of a temperature difference. The Sterilizer function in the palm oil mill utilizes steam to boil or process Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB). Saturated steam is used, and fed into the Back Pressure Vessel at a pressure of 200-350 KPa (BPV). If these criteria are not met, the CPO production efficiency achieved will not be in accordance with the standards outlined in SNI 01-2901-2006. The boiling procedure is carried out using a double peak system. The results of the calculation of heat loss in the Sterilizer unit at PT. PKS Nusantara II Plantation. Because the temperature and pressure in the Sterilizer were higher at the first and second peaks, in the Sterilizer unit using a two-peak boiling system at the peak, Perkebunan Nusantara II PKS Pagar Merbau evolved from the first to the second. The first peak has a value of 12816,9873 kJ, while the second peak has a value of 20003,409 kJ. |
