Adopsi Inovasi Pupuk Organik Cair Ma 11 Untuk Pengolahan Lahan Terhadap Peningkatan Produksi Cabai Merah (Capsicum Annum.L.) (Studi Kasus: Kelompok Tani Juli Tani Desa Sidodadi Ramunia)

Abstract

Salah satu produk hortikultura yang menjadi unggulan sektor pertanian di Indonesia adalah tanaman sayuran. Salah satu komoditi sayur yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh hampir semua orang dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat adalah cabai. Yang menjadi lokasi sentra budidaya cabai merah yaitu di Deli Serdang, Kecamatan Beringin Desa Sidodadi dusun Jogja merupakan salah-satu desa yang membudidayakan cabai merah yang mengarah semiorganik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses adopsi inovasi POC MA 11(Microbacter Alfaafa) untuk pengolahan lahan terhadap peningkatan produksi cabai merah keriting di Kelompok Tani Juli Tani Dusun Jogja Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Beringin Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive (sengaja). Metode Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam (Indept Interview). analisis data peneliti menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Pengolahan data secara interaktif dan berlangsung terus menerus hingga tuntas pada tahap tertentu, sehingga data yang diperoleh telah jenuh (hasilnya sama dan tidak didapatkan data atau informasi baru). Dalam analisis data kualitatif terdapat tiga alur kegiatan yaitu kondensasi data, penyajian data dan penarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini petani merasa tidak ada kerumitan atau kesulitan dalam menggunakan MA 11, sehingga tingkat keinginan petani mencoba MA 11 tinggi. Adoption atau penerimaan pada segi perawatan menggunakan MA 11 lebih mudah sehingga petani memutuskan untuk selanjutnya tetap memakai MA 11 pada musim tanaman cabai merah selanjutnya. One of the horticultural products that are the mainstay of the agricultural sector in Indonesia is vegetable crops. One of the vegetable commodities that is needed by almost everyone from various walks of life is chili. The location for the red chili cultivation center is Deli Serdang, Beringin District, Sidodadi Village, Jogja hamlet, which is one of the villages that cultivates red chili which is semi-organic. This study aims to determine the process of adopting POC MA 11 (Microbacter Alfaafa) innovation for land management to increase the production of curly red chili in the Juli Tani Farmers Group, Dusun Jogja, Sidodadi Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency. Determination of the location of this research is done by purposive method (deliberately). Methods Sampling was carried out by the census method. Data collection techniques in qualitative research are carried out by in-depth interviews (Indept Interview). The researcher's data analysis used the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Interactive data processing takes place continuously until it is completed at a certain stage, so that the data obtained is saturated (the result is the same and no new data or information is obtained). In qualitative data analysis, there are three flow of activities, namely data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study farmers feel there is no complexity or difficulty in using MA 11, so that the level of desire of farmers to try MA 11 is high. Adoption or acceptance in terms of care using MA 11 is easier so that farmers decide to continue using MA 11 in the next red chili season.
