dc.description.abstractJaminan pensiun sebagai bentuk perlindungan tenaga kerja di Indonesia yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh setiap pemberi kerja atau pengusaha terhadapp jaminan pensiun bagi pekerja kontrak untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja kontrak ketika memasuki usia pensiun. Sehingga Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui mengenai implementasi program jaminan pensiun bagi pekerja kontrak. Dalam pemberian jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan bagi pekerja kontrak belum mengacu pada aturan hal tersebut, maka rumusan masalahnya yaitu bagaimana aturan hukum mengenai penerapan program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan dan bagaimana pelaksanaan jaminan pensiun bagi pekerja kontrak pada PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu yuridis normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dan wawancara, dengan analisis data menggunakan deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aturannya mengacu pada Undang-undang No 13 tentang ketenagakerjaan, Undang-undang No 24 tentang jaminan sosial dan Undang- undang No 11 tentang cipta kerja dan mengacu pada Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 45 tahun 2015 sebagai bentuk perlindungan terhadap pekerja. Saran penelitian yaitu PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III dalam pelaksanaannya Harus mengikuti dengan Peraturan Pemerintah No 45 Tahun 2015 yang berlaku. A pension guarantee is a form of protection for workers in Indonesia that has to be implemented by every employer or entrepreneur against the pension guarantee for contract workers to improve their welfare when they are of retirement age. So this study aimed to find out the implementation of the pension guaranteed plan for contract workers. In providing employment social security for contract workers, it had not referred yet to the regulation, so the formulations of the problems were what the legal rules regarding the application of the employment social security program at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan were and what implementation of pension guarantee for contract workers at PT Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan was. The research method used was normative juridical through data collection techniques and interviews, then data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicated that the rules referred to Law No. 13 on employment, Law No. 24 on social security, and Law No. 11 on job creation and referred to Government Regulation No. 45 of 2015 as a form of protection for workers. Thus, the research suggestion was PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III had to comply with Government Regulation No. 45 of 2015 in force.en_US
