dc.description.abstractPopcorn adalah salah satu makanan ringan yang terbuat dari biji jagung. Makanan ringan ini banyak digemari oleh masyarakat dengan alasan harga yang murah dan tinggi serat, makanan ini juga baik bagi kesehatan dan juga bisa dimakan kapan saja. Dalam mendapatkan konsumen yang banyak, produsen popcorn terus berupaya dalam menjaga kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui rata-rata pendapatan produsen popcorn di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dan apa saja yang mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk popcorn. Pendapatan rata-rata pedagang popcorn di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang yaitu berjumlah Rp 3.605.179/bulan. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t terlihat bahwa secara parsial variabel kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga, promosi, dan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pedagang popcorn di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Variabel faktor emosional memiliki tingkat pengaruh yang lebih tinggi dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen pedagang popcorn di Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. Popcorn is a snack made from corn kernels. This snack is much-loved by the public for the reason that the price is cheap and high in fiber, this food is also good for health and can also be eaten anytime. In getting a lot of customers, popcorn manufacturers continue to strive to maintain customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the average income of popcorn producers in Percut Sei Tuan District and what influences customer satisfaction with popcorn products. The average income of popcorn traders in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency is Rp 3,605,179/month. Based on the results of the t-test, it can be seen that partially product quality, service quality, price, promotion, and emotional variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of popcorn traders in Percut Sei Tuan District. The emotional factor variable has a higher level of influence in influencing the customer satisfaction of popcorn merchants in Percut Sei Tuan Kecamatan Districten_US
