dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Pengembangan Karir Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Pada Karyawan di PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Bandar Udara Internasional Silangit. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara Persepsi Pengembangan Karir dengan Kepuasan Kerja. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 orang pada Devenisi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan umum. Tehnik Pengambilan data sampel ialah menggunakan kuantitatif korelasional. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala Persepsi Pengembangan Karir dan Data Kinerja Perusahaan. Analisis data yaitu teknik korelasi Product Moment hasil penelitian adalah ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Pengembangan Karir dengan Kepuasan Kerja. Hasil ini ditunjukkan dari rxy= 0.402 p = 0.000 < 0.050 yang berarti bahwa semakin tinggi persepsi Pengembangan Karir maka semakin tinggi Kepuasan Kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Terdapat sumbangan persepsi Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sebesar 16.20% . Dari hasil ini diketahui bahwa masih terdapat 83.80% faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam peneliti ini. Hasil ini dikatakan Kepuasan Kerja yang tergolong tinggi dan memiliki persepsi Pengembagan Karir yang tergolong tinggi. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between career development and jo satisfaction for employees at PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Silangit International Airport. The proposed hypothesis has a positive relationship between Perceptions of Career Development and Job Satisfaction. The population in this study amounted to 71 people in the Human Resources Department (HR) and the general public. The technique of taking sample data is using correlational quantitative. The data collection method is the scale of Career Development Perception and Company Performance Data. Data analysis, namely the Product Moment correlation technique, the results of the study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between Career Development and Job Satisfaction. This result is shown from rxy= 0.402 p = 0.000 < 0.050 which means that the higher the perception of Career Development, the higher the Job Satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. There is a perception contribution of Career Development to Job Satisfaction of 16.20%. From these results it is known that there are still 83.80% of other factors not examined in this researcher. These results are said to be high in job satisfaction and have a high perception of career development. | en_US |
