Peran Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dalam Upaya Pengentasan Kemiskinan Ditinjau dari Indeks Keparahan dan Kedalaman Kemiskinan

Abstract

Kemiskinan menjadi salah satu ukuran terpenting untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan suatu rumah tangga yang lazim digunakan untuk megukur kesejahteraan dalam wilayah tersebut, Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apa saja Peran Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara, observasi,serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya balnyalk progralm altalu upalyal pemerintalh telalh dilalkukaln untuk memenuhi halk-halk sosiall malsyalralkalt miskin. Nalmun, kenyaltalalnnyal progralm tersebut belum terlalksalnal dengaln balik daln tereallisalsi secalral meraltal. Poverty is one of the most important measures to determine the level of welfare of a household wich is commonly used to measure welfare in the region. The purpose of this study is to find out what the role of the Central Aceh District Social Service is in poverty alleviation efforts. This research method uses qualitative techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that many government programs have been implemented to fulfill the social needs of the poor. However, the development of the program has not yet been regressed and has been realized cecalally. The Regional Government in the case of poor malsyalralcal investigations should, in fact, have more intense coordination with the related departments, so that the event of a poor malsalicy campaign is carried out according to the plan.
