dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kelayakan dan melihat besarnya pendapatan Usaha Keripik Sukun di Desa Beringin Kecamatan Beringin Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penentuan lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode purposive (sengaja). Metode pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposiv sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode analisis data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis kelayakan yaitu metode R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, BEP, dan ROI. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1). Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Keripik Sukun layak untuk dijalankan karena memiliki R/C Rasio selama 2 periode sebesar 1,9 dan 1,8 (2). Usaha Mikro dan Kecil Keripik Sukun karena memiliki nilai B/C Ratio (Benefit Cost Ratio) sebesar 0,99 dan 0,82 yang menunjukkan bahwa B/C < 1 maka Usaha Keripik Sukun di Desa Beringin Kecamatan Beringin Kabupaten Deli Serdang dikategorikan tidak layak apabila dilihat dari segi B/C (3). BEP Produksi yang didapatkan sebesar 497 dan 563 bungkus, artinya bahwa minimal jumlah produksi yang didapatkan dalam satu periode harus impas dengan hasil BEP Produksi (4). BEP Harga sebesar Rp 5.021 dan Rp 5.480 per bungkus maksudnya bahwa minimal harga impas yang bisa ditawarkan untuk penjualan satu bungkus keripik sukun sesuai hasil BEP Harga (5). ROI selama 2 priode sebesar 99,17% dan 82,21%, yang berarti bahwa setiap satu rupiah yang diinvestasikan maka keuntungan atas investasi tersebut akan memperoleh sebesar 99,17% dan 82,21% dari biaya yang dikeluarkan. This study aims to determine the feasibility and see the amount of income of the Breadfruit Chips Business in Beringin Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency. The determination of the location of this study was carried out by the purposive method (intentionally). The sampling method is carried out by purposiv sampling. The data collected are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis methods used to analyze feasibility are the R/C Ratio, B/C Ratio, BEP, and ROI methods. The results of this study are: (1). Micro and Small Enterprises of Breadfruit Chips are feasible to run because they have an R/C Ratio for 2 periods of 1.9 and 1.8 (2). Micro and Small Business Of Breadfruit Chips because it has a B/C Ratio (Benefit Cost Ratio) value of 0.99 and 0.82 which shows that B/C < 1, the Breadfruit Chip Business in Beringin Village, Beringin District, Deli Serdang Regency is categorized as unfit when viewed in terms of B/C (3). The production BEP obtained is 497 and 563 packs, meaning that the minimum amount of production obtained in one period must break even with the production BEP result (4). BEP Price of Rp 5,021 and Rp 5,480 per pack means that the minimum break-even price that can be offered for the sale of one pack of breadfruit chips according to the bep price results (5).
