dc.description.abstractKutu daun (Myzus persicae) merupakan hama serangga dari golongan family aphididae yang merupakan salah satu serangga hama yang utama pada tanaman tomat dan sangat merugikan bagi petani. Kerusakan yang diakibatkan oleh kutu daun (Myzus persicae) sebagai hama berkisar 6-25% dan sebagai vector dapat mencapai kerugian lebih dari 90%. Salah satu cara alternatif untuk pengendalian hama kutu daun (Myzus persicae) yang bersifat ramah lingkungan adalah dengan menggunakan pestisida nabati. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi dan jenis pestisida nabati yang efektif terhadap hama kutu daun (Myzus persicae) pada tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu : (1) Konsentrasi Pestisida terdiri dari 5 taraf, K0+ = kontrol positif ( Profenofos 500g/l), K0- = kontrol negatif (Air), K1 = konsentrasi 5%, K2 = konsentrasi 25%, K3 = konsentrasi 45%, (2) Jenis Pestisida Nabati terdiri dari 3 taraf, N1 = ekstrak daun kelor, N2 = ekstrak daun jeruk purut, N3 = ekstrak buah mengkudu, dengan dua ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi pestisida nabati berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap persentase mortalitas hama kutu daun (Myzus persicae). Mortalitas Myzus persicae yang tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan K3N2 (ekstrak daun jeruk purut 45%) sebesar 100% dan membutuhkan waktu 9 hari setelah aplikasi (HSA). Nilai LC50 ekstrak daun jeruk purut sebesar 9,515 %, dan Nilai LT50 ekstrak daun jeruk purut sebesar 6,013 hari. Aphids (Myzus persicae) are insect pests from the family Aphididae which are one of the main insect pests on tomato plants and are very detrimental to farmers. Damage caused by aphids (Myzus persicae) as pests ranges from 6-25% and vectors can reach losses of more than 90%. One alternative way to control aphids (Myzus persicae) that is environmentally friendly is to use vegetable pesticides. The study aimed to determine the concentration and type of botanical pesticides that were effective against aphids (Myzus persicae) on tomato plants (Solanum lycopersicum). The experimental design used is RAL (Completely Randomized Design) factorial. which consists of 2 treatment factors, namely: (1) Pesticide concentration consisting of 5 levels, K0+ = Positif control (Profenofos 500g/l), K0- = Negative control (Water), K1 = 5% concentration, K2 = 25% concentration, K3 = 45% concentration, (2) Types of Vegetable Pesticides consisting of 3 levels, N1 = Moringa leaf extract, N2 = kaffir lime leaf extract, N3 = Noni fruit extract, with two replications. The results showed that the application of botanical pesticides had a very significant effect on the mortality percentage of aphids (Myzus persicae). The highest Myzus persicae mortality was found in the K3N2 treatment (kaffir lime leaf extract) at 100% and took nine days after application (HSA). The LC50 value of kaffir lime leaf extract was 9.515 %, and the LT50 value of kaffir lime leaf extract was 6.013 days.en_US
