Abstract: | Pemerintab merancang dan melaksanakan semua aktivitas pelayanan sebagai usaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kenyamanan masyarakat umum dalam menggunakan transportasi publik dalam kasus ini adalah bus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan pelayanan pada transportasi publik bus Trans Metro Deli rute Amplas-Lapangan Merdeka. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada studi kasus bus Trans Metro Deli rute layanan di Koridor 2 Terminal Amplas-Lapangan Merdeka. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Statistika Deskriptif dan metode Important Performance Analysis (IPA). Pada indikator kuantitatif hasil penelitian untuk indikator aksesibilitas yaitu senilai 76,2% dan waktu dalam menunggu Bus Trans Metro Deli Koridor 2 Amplas-Lapangan Merdeka adalah sebesar 57,1% responden pengguna menunggu selama 0-10 menit.Kapasitas penumpang senilai 343 penumpang rata-rata per hari per kendaraan, maka kapasitas termasuk tidak efekif dikarenakan kemungkinan pengaruh dari pandemlk Covid-19. Berdasarkan penelitian kecepatan dan kelancaran diperoleh hasil rata-rata 11-13,6 Km/Jam. Hasil penelitian analisis responden pengguna bus Trans Metro Deli Koridor 2 menggunakan metode IPA (Important Performance Analysis), diperoleh 7 dari 20 indikator dianggap penting oleh pengguna tetapi pada realita kepuasan pengguna masih rendah, olch karena itu indikator-indikator pada kuadran ini harus ditingkatkan. The government designs and implements all service activities in an effort to meet the needs and comfort of the general public in using public transportation in this\ case is the bus. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of success of public transportation services on the Trans Metro Deli bus on the AmplasLapangan Merdeka route. This research was conducted on a case study of the Trans Metro Deli bus service route at Corridor 2 of Amp/as Terminal- Merdeka Square. The method used by the author in this study is the method of descriptive statistics and the method of Important Performance Analysis (IPA). In quantitative indicators, the results of the research for accessibility indicators are 76.2% and the waiting time for Trans Metro Deli Bus Corridor 2 AmplasLapangan Merdeka is 57.1% of user respondents waiting for 0-10 minutes. Passenger capacity is 343 passengers on average. average per day per vehicle, then the capacity is considered ineffective due to the possible influence of the Covid-19 pandt!mic. Based on the resl!arch of spt!t!d and fluency, the average result is JJ-13.6 Kmlhour. The results of the analysis of respondents using theTrans Metro Deli Corridor 2 bus using the IPA (Important Performance Analysis)method, obtained 7 out of 20 indicators considered important by users but in reality user satisfaction is still/ow, therefore the indicators in this quadrant must be improved. |
