Implementasi Decision Support System Dalam Menentukan Siswa Penerima Dana Bos Dengan Menggunakan Metode Waspas

Abstract

SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan Terletak pada Jl . Karya Tani No. 1 Medan yang berdiri pada tanggal 01 November 2010. SMA Asy-Syafiiyah merupakan sekolah Islam Terpadu yang telah dipercaya oleh ribuan orang tua dalam memberikan pendidikan dan pengembangan karakter anak-anak mereka. Keberhasilan proses kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran pada SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan tidak terlepas dari seluruh kerja keras bersama, tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh aspek guru pula dipengaruhi oleh aspek anak didik itu sendiri. Pemberian Bantuan terhadap siswa yang mempunyai prestasi secara akademik dan non akademik dirasa cukup penting guna meningkatkan prestasi bagi individu maupun sekolah tersebut. Program bantuan dana dan biaya hidup bagi siswa berprestasi ini dinamakan Dana BOS. Untuk itu penempatan variable -variable yang mendukung dari terlaksananya program Dana BOS ini di tentukan oleh beberapa variable yaitu kehadiran disekolah,penghasilan orang tua, partisipasi kegiatan disekolah, nilai prestasi, kedisplinan. Untuk memaksimalkan sistem serta perhitungan variable - variable yang diberikan dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan. Metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) penulis merancang suatu aplikasi yang dapat melaksanakan cara penentuan siswa penerima Dana BOS dengan hasil satu cara. Bersumber pada hasil kalkulasi dari tata cara WASPAS memberikan hasil dengan nilai akhir 0,9197 tersebut didapat setelah dilakukan perhitungan / penyeleksian dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sebanyak 5 kali perhitungan. Pengujian sistem yang telah dirancang untuk Penerimaan Bantuan Dana BOS Pada SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan dengan menginput data kriteria kemudian melakukan proses perhitungan dalam metode WASPAS. SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan is located on Jl. Farmer's Work No. 1 Medan which was established on November 1, 2010. Asy-Syafiiyah High School is an Integrated Islamic school that has been trusted by thousands of parents in providing education and character development for their children. The success of the process of learning and learning activities at SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan can not be separated from all the hard work together, not only influenced by aspects of the teacher but also influenced by aspects of the students themselves. Providing assistance to students who have academic and non-academic achievements is considered quite important in order to increase achievement for the individual and the school. This program of funding and living expenses for outstanding students is called the BOS Fund. For this reason, the placement of variables that support the implementation of the BOS Fund program is determined by several variables, namely school attendance, parental income, participation in school activities, achievement scores, and discipline. To maximize the system and the calculation of the given variables, a decision support system is needed. With the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, the author designed an application that can carry out the method of determining BOS Fund recipient students with one way result. Based on the calculation results from the WASPAS procedure, the results with a final value of 0.9197 were obtained after calculation / selection with predetermined criteria, as many as 5 calculations. Testing the system that has been designed for BOS Funds Receipt at SMA Asy-Syafiiyah Medan by input criteria data and then doing the calculation process in the WASPAS method.
