Kontaminasi Nematoda Usus Pada Sayuran Lalapan Yang Dijual Di Pasar Tradisional Dan Pasar Modern Di Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya kontaminasi jenis parasit Nematoda usus yang terdapat pada sayuran lalapan yang dijual di Pasar Tradisional dan Pasar Modern di Kota Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik total pengambilan sampel yang akan diteliti. Dimana data yang sudah diperoleh dan didapat dideskripsikan atau digambarkan sebagaimana adanya tanpa bermaksud membuat kesimpulan yang berlaku untuk umum atau generalisasi. Kemudian data dapat dibuat dalam bentuk tabel sesuai dengan Standart Laboratorium. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari pemeriksaan sampel yang berasal dari pasar Brayan, pasar Sambu, pasar MMTC Pancing, pasar Sukaramai Denai dan pasar Simpang Limun diketahui bahwa 5 sampel sayuran kubis terkontaminasi telur maupun larva parasit Nematoda usus dan 5 sampel sayuran selada terkontaminasi telur maupun larva parasit Nematoda usus. Jenis parasit yang dijumpai telur Ascaris lumbricoides dan larva Ancylostoma duodenale dan Necator americanus. Sedangkan pada sampel yang berasal dari Brastagi Plaza, Carefour, Irian Supermarket, Swalayan Maju Bersama, dan Cemara Pasar Buah dan Sayur bahwa 2 sampel pada sayuran selada terkontaminasi jenis telur cacing Ascaris lumbricoides, dan pada sampel sayuran kubis dan sayuran kemangi tidak ditemukan jenis larva maupun telur cacing. This study aims to determine whether there is contamination of intestinal Nematode parasites found in fresh vegetables sold in Traditional Markets and Modern Markets in Medan City. This research method uses a descriptive method with a total sampling technique to be studied.
