Analisis Rencana Anggaran Biaya Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Koperasi TKBM Pelabuhan Belawan

Abstract

Penelitian ini penulis melakukan analisis perbandingan harga antara Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) dan Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP) terhadap SNI. Diadakan nya penelitian ini agar bermanfaat bagi pelaku jasa konstruksi maupun mahasiswa dalam merencanakan biaya dengan nilai ekonomis. Dengan perkembangan pembangunan infrastruktur di daerah Sumatera Utara yang cukup tinggi, Medan menjadi salah satu kota yang berpotensi akan pembangunannya. sehingga menyebabkan banyak nya para pengusaha developer memanfaatkan peluang ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai ekonomis berdasarkan hasil perbandingan antara harga Rencana Anggaran Biaya, SNI dengan harga Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan pada Pembangunan Koperasi TKBM Pelabuhan Belawan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa, diperoleh nilai akurasi RAB terhadap SNI sebesar 91.11%, dan RAP terhadap SNI sebesar 74.38 %. Dengan ini tingkat akurasi tebesar yaitu RAB terhadap SNI sebesar 91.11%. In this study, the authors conducted a price comparison analysis between the Budget Plan (RAB) and the Implementation Budget Plan (RAP) against SNI. This research was held to be useful for construction service actors and students in planning costs with economic value. With the development of infrastructure development in North Sumatra which is quite high, Medan is one of the cities that has the potential for development. thus causing many business developers to take advantage of this opportunity. This study aims to obtain an economic value based on the comparison between the price of the Budget Plan, SNI and the price of the Implementation Budget Plan for the Development of the Belawan Port TKBM Cooperative. Based on the results of the analysis, the accuracy value of RAB to SNI is 91.11%, and RAP to SNI is 74.38%. With this, the highest level of accuracy is RAB against SNI of 91.11%.
