Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan variabel minat dan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan semangat kerja pada karyawan bagian teknik di PT Pertamina (Persero) Terminal Bahan Bakar Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 karyawan. Metode dalam penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik Total Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala minat, skala lingkungan kerja fisik, skala semangat kerja yang telah valid dan reliabel. Penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dari minat dan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan semangat kerja yang berada pada korelasi lemah dengan nilai hubungan 0,361 dan nilai kekuatan hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut sebesar 0,130. Artinya hubungan minat dan lingkungan kerja fisik dengan semangat kerja sebesar 13% dalam penelitian ini, dan sisanya 87%. Maka dari itu para karyawan diharapkan untuk bisa lebih meningkatkan semangat kerjanya dan kepada peneliti selanjutnya untuk dapat mencari faktor-faktor lain yang berhubungan dengan semangat kerja. This study aims to determine the correlation between the variables of interest and physical work environment with morale in engineering employees at PT Pertamina (Persero) Terminal Fuel Medan. The population in this study were 72 employees. The study used a quantitative approach and the sampling in this study was the Total Sampling technique. The instruments used are the interest scale, physical work environment scale, work spirit scale which has been valid and reliable. The study was analyzed using the Multiple Regression Analysis test. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between interest and physical work environment with work morale which was in a weak correlation with a relationship value of 0.361 and the value of the strength of the relationship between the two variables was 0.130. This means that the relationship between interest and physical work environment with morale is 13% in this study, and the remaining 87%. Therefore, employees are expected to be able to further increase their morale and for further researchers to be able to look for other factors related to morale. |
