dc.description.abstractPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya masyarakat yang belum melaksanakan vaksinisasi covid-19 dikarenakan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang vaksin yang masih rendah sehingga masyarakat takut akan efek vaksinisasi, sebagian lagi masyarakat takut akan jarum suntik, serta pemerintah desa yang kurang melakukan sosialisasi tentang vaksin covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemerintah desa dalam pelayanan vaksinisasi covid-19 di Desa Makmur Kecamatan Pasaribu Tobing Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah dan mengetahui faktor-faktor kendala dalam proses pelayanan vaksinisasi covid-19 di Desa Makmur Kecamatan Pasaribu Tobing Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis teori peran dari Suhardono yaitu peran Fasilitator, Mobilisator, Regulator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah desa dalam pelayanan vaksinisasi covid-19 di desa Makmur sudah berjalan cukup optimal, adapun beberapa faktor kendala yang menghambat proses vaksinasi di Desa Makmur yaitu rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang vaksin dan ketakutan akan efek samping dari vaksin, terbatasnya stok vaksin, dan sebagian masyarakat takut jarum suntik, serta kurangnya sosialisasi tentang vaksin dari pemerintah desa terhadap masyarakat. Saran dari penelitian ini perlu adanya sosialisasi dari pemerintah desa terhadap masyarakat terkait pentingnya vaksin agar masyarakat bersedia dan mau melaksanakan vaksinisasi. The problem in this study is that there are still people who have not carried out the covid-19 vaccination due to low public knowledge about vaccines so that people are afraid of the effects of vaccination, some people are afraid of needles, and the village government is not doing enough socialization about the covid-19 vaccine.This study aims to determine the role of the village government in the Covid-19 vaccination service in Makmur Village, Pasaribu Tobing District, Central Tapanuli Regency and to find out the constraining factors in the process of Covid-19 vaccination services in Makmur Village, Pasaribu Tobing District, Central Tapanuli Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using analysis of the theory of the role of Suhardono, namely the role of Facilitator, Mobilizer, Regulator. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government in the Covid-19 vaccination service in Makmur Village has been running quite optimally, as for several constraining factors that hinder the vaccination process in Makmur Village, namely the low public knowledge about vaccines and fear of side effects from vaccines, limited stock of vaccines. , and some people are afraid of needles, as well as the lack of socialization about vaccines from the village government to the community. Suggestions from this study need to be socialized from the village government to the community regarding the importance of vaccines so that people are willing and willing to carry out vaccinations.en_US
