dc.description.abstractManajemen waktu dan biaya berperan sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan proyek. Penambahan durasi pelaksanaan akan berdampak pada peningkatan pembiayaan proyek dan sebaliknya. Maka kegagalan suatu proyek adalah kegagalan manajemen proyek itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis manajemen waktu dan biaya pada proyek pembangunan 42 unit rumah RST. 30/75 beserta prasarana sedangkan tujuannya adalah mengetahui manajemen waktu dan biaya serta mengetahui permasalahan/ kendala yang terjadi saat proyek berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Griya Martubung III, Kecamatan Medan Labuhan, Kota Medan. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metode kombinasi penelitian kualitatif dan penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta pengisian angket yang dikonversi menjadi skor penilaian menggunakan skala likert. Rerata skor penilaian angket akan ditabulasi menjadi sebah skor penilaian yang menginterpretasikan kelayakan/keyakinan suatu hipotesa. Data dianalisis dengan mengcompare hasil wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dengan skor penilaian interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interpretasi kelayakan/keyakinan atas pelaksanaan manajemen waktu proyek mendapat skor penilaian 2,857 “layak” dan pelaksanaan manajemen biaya proyek mendapat skor penilaian 2,563 “layak” tetapi hampir mendekati skor penilaian “ragu” dengan skor penilaian 2,50. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen waktu dan biaya proyek pembangunan 42 unit rumah RST. 30/75 beserta prasarana belum sesuai dengan teori serta metode pelaksanaan manajemen proyek yang benar. Time and cost management plays a very important role in project implementation. Increasing the duration of implementation will have an impact on increasing project financing and vice versa. So the failure of a project is the failure of project management itself. This study intends to analyze time and cost management in the construction project of 42 RST housing units. 30/75 along with infrastructure while the aim is to know the management of time and costs and to find out the problems/constraints that occur during the project. This research was conducted at Griya Martubung III, Medan Labuhan District, Medan City. The research was carried out using a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The research data was obtained by interviewing, observing, documenting and filling out the questionnaire which was converted into an assessment score using a Likert scale. The average score of the questionnaire assessment will be tabulated into an assessment score that interprets the feasibility/belief of a hypothesis. The data were analyzed by comparing the results of interviews, observations, documentation with interpretation scores. The results showed that the interpretation of the feasibility/belief on the implementation of project time management received an assessment score of 2.857 "feasible" and the implementation of project cost management received an assessment score of 2.563 "adequate" but was close to the assessment score of "doubtful" with an assessment score of 2.50. It can be concluded that the implementation of time and cost management projects for the construction of 42 RST housing units. 30/75 along with the infrastructure is not in accordance with the theory and the correct method of implementing project management.en_US
