dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh psychological wellbeing dan kepuasan kerja terhadap stres kerja anggota Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia (HPI). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang mana teknik pengambilan sampel melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dimana subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 140 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari tiga skala, yaitu skala psychological well-being, skala kepuasan kerja, dan skala stres kerja. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara psychological well-being dan kepuasan kerja terhadap stres kerja anggota HPI. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh koefisien F reg = 15,211 dengan p < 0,05, dan koefisien R = 0,425 dengan p < 0,05 dan R2 = 0,181. Total kontribusi dari kedua variabel ini sebesar 18,1% sedangkan sisanya 81,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya terhadap stres kerja. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa psychological well-being dan kepuasan kerja secara bersamasama berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja anggota Himpunan Penerjemah Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of psychological well-being and job satisfaction on job stress members of the association of Indonesian translators. This research was conducted in February 2022. This study used a quantitative method in which the sampling technique was through a nonprobability sampling technique using purposive sampling where the subjects in this study amounted to 140 people. Data were collected using was a Likert scale consisting of three scales, namely the psychological well-being scale, job satisfaction scale, and work stress scale. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was be a significant positive effect between psychological well-being and job satisfaction on the work stress of HPI members. This is indicated by the coefficient F reg = 15.211 with p < 0.05, and the coefficient R = 0.425 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.181. The total contribution of these two variables was 18.1%, while the remaining was 81.9% is influenced by other factors on job stress. From the result of the study, it can be concluded that psychological well-being and job satisfaction jointly affect the work stress of the association of Indonesian translators. | en_US |
