dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Pagar Merbau PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Pagar Merbau PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 60 karyawan pelaksana. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala lingkungan kerja non fisik dan skala kepuasan kerja dengan model Skala Likert. Metode analisis data menggunakan Pearson Product Moment didapatkan hasil nilai koefisien korelasi 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = 0,987, signifikan korelasi dengan p = 0,000 < 0,01 (99%), artinya ada hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil nilai koefisien determinan (𝑟2) = 0,975, artinya lingkungan kerja non fisik mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan sebesar 97,5%. Dari hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan di terima. The purpose of this research is to see the correlation between non-physical work environment with job satisfaction on employees of Pagar Merbau Palm Oil Factory of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, Deli Serdang Regency. This research used quantitative methods. The population of this research is the employees of Pagar Merbau District Palm Oil Factory of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara II, Deli Serdang Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees. Total sampling is used for sampling collection technique. The data collection method used a non-physical work environment and a job satisfaction scale using a Likert Scale model. The Pearson Product Moment method obtained the correlation coefficient (𝑟𝑥𝑦)= 0.987; Sig 0,000 < 0,01 (99%). Thus, there is a strong and significant positive correlation between the non-physical work environment and job satisfaction. Based on the value of the determinant coefficient (𝑟2) = 0,975, indicates that non-physical work environment affects job satisfaction by 97,5%. From the results of this study, it means that the hypothesis is accepted.en_US
