dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah skala motivasi kerja, skala kepuasan kerja dan dokumentasi hasil pengukuran kinerja karyawan sesuai SMKBK (Sistem Manajemen Kinerja Berbasis Kompetensi). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan dengan jabatan sebagai Asisten Afdeling. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 123 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : 1) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t hitung 12,778 > t tabel 1,97993 dan Sig 0,000 < 0,05), 2) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (t hitung 2,189 > t tabel 1,97993 dan Sig 0,031 < 0,05) dan 3) Ada pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (F hitung 491,124 > F tabel 3,07, R2 = 0,891 dan p < 0,05). This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan. The data collection instruments used were the work motivation scale, job satisfaction scale and documentation of the results of measuring employee performance according to SMKBK (Competency-Based Performance Management System). The population in this study were all employees of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan with the position of Assistant Afdeling. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and the number of samples was 123 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed : 1) There is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance (t count 12,778 > t table 1,97993 and Sig 0,000 < 0,05), 2) There is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance (t count 2,189 > t table 1,97993 and Sig 0,031 < 0,05) and 3) There is a significant effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance (F count 491,124 > F table 3,07, R2 = 0,891 and p < 0,05). | en_US |
