This study aims to determine the correlation between hardiness and co-workers social support with burnout in teachers at SMA Yayasan Pendidikan Keluarga Medan. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a Likert scale consisting of three scales, namely the hardiness scale, the co-worker social support scale and the burnout scale. The sample in this study were teachers totaling 40 people. In an effort to prove the hypothesis, the data analysis method is used, namely the Multiple Regression Analysis technique. Based on the analysis, the coefficient rx1y = -0,458; rx2y = -0,473; rx1x2y = -0,442 = 0,000 (p < 0,010) which indicates there is a significant negative correlation between hardiness and burnout, a significant negative correlation between co-workers social support and burnout and a significant negative correlation between hardiness and co-worker support and teacher burnout. This means that the lower the hardiness, the higher the burnout, the lower the social support of co-workers, the higher the burnout and the lower the hardiness and social support of coworkers, the higher the burnout. The effective contribution of hardiness to burnout is 20.9%. The effective contribution of co-workers social support to burnout is 22.3%. The effective contribution of hardiness and co-workers social support to burnout is 19.5%.en_US
