Abstract: | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh debt to equity ratio, growth, firm size, net profit margin, dan earning per share terhadap return saham pada sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan jenis data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan dan teknik analisis data regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa debt to equity ratio berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return saham pada sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020. Growth berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham pada sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020. Firm size berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham pada sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020. Net profit margin berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham pada sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020. Earning per share berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham pada sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020. Debt to equity ratio, growth, firm size, net profit margin, dan earning per share secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap return saham pada sektor properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 – 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of debt to equity ratio, growth, firm size, net profit margin, and earnings per share on stock returns in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. The research method used is causal associative research. with secondary data types in the form of company annual reports and panel data regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on stock returns in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Growth has a significant positive effect on stock returns in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Firm size has a significant positive effect on stock returns in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. Net profit margin has a significant positive effect on stock returns in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. Earning per share has a positive effect. significant effect on stock returns in the property sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016 – 2020. Debt to equity ratio, growth, firm size, net profit margin, and earnings per share simultaneously have a significant positive effect on stock returns in the property sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange period e 2016 – 2020. |
