Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh Keragaman Menu Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Beli Pada Rumah Makan Bu Sri”. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan hubungan antara dua variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 3000 pelanggan.Dalam penelitian ini mengambil sampel rumus slovin untuk menghemat waktu maka sampel dalam penelitan ini sebanyak 97 responden yaitu konsumen Rumah Makan Bu Sri Medan.Berdasarkan hasil uji dapat dilihat bahwa uji parsial pada variabel keragaman menu(X1) dan variabel kepercayaan (X2) mempunyai pengaruh terhadap variabel minat beli (Y). Dan dapat disimpulkan dari nilai Adjusted R Square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,587. Untuk melihat besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan cara menghitung koefisien determinasi (KD) = R2 x 100%, sehingga diperoleh sebesar 47% minat beli (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh keragaman menu(X1) dan variabel kepercayaan (X2) Sisanya sebesar 53% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This research aims to find out "The Influence of Diversity of menus and Trust On Buying Interest in Bu Sri Restaurant". This type of research is associative, which is a study that asks the relationship between two variables. The population in this study was as many as 3000 consumers. In this study took a sample of the slovin formula to save time and costs and reduce the excess error rate, the sample in this study as many as 97 respondents, namely consumers of Rumah Makan Bu Sri Medan. Based on the results of the t test it can be seen that partial tests on menu diversity (X1) and trust variables (X2) partially have a positive and significant influence on the buy interest variable (Y). And it can be inferred from the Adjusted R Square earned 0.587. To see the large effect of free variables on bound variables by calculating the coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, so that obtained by 47% of buying interest (bound variables) can be explained by menu diversity(X1) and trust variables (X2) The remaining 53% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.
