dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan adaptabilitas karir ditinjau dari jenis sekolah. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah siswa yang bersekolah di SMA PAB 9 PATUMBAK dan SMK PAB 10 PATUMBAK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif.Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Skala Adaptabilitas Karir.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis uji-t. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan data penelitian dihitung menggunakan program SPSS 22.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa nilai t= 6,843 dengan p= 0,000 (p <0,01) yang menunjukkan adanya perbedaan adaptabilitas karir pada siswa SMA dan SMK. Mean adaptabilitas Karir siswa SMA lebih rendah di bandingkan mean dari siswa SMK. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada perbedaan dalam adaptabilitas karir yang signifikan antara siswa SMA dan siswa SMK.Siswa yang bersekolah di SMK memiliki adaptabilitas karir yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan adaptabilitas karir siswa yang bersekolah di SMA. This study aims to determine differences in career adaptability in terms of the type of school. The subjects in this study were students who attended SMA PAB 9 PATUMBAK and SMK PAB 10 PATUMBAK. The research method used is quantitative method. The data collection tool used in this study is the Career Adaptability Scale. The analytical technique used is the t-test analysis model. The sampling technique used in this research is simple random sampling. The overall computation of the research data was calculated using the SPSS 22.0 for windows program. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the value of t = 6.843 with p = 0.000 (p < 0.01) which indicates that there are differences in career adaptability for high school and vocational high school students. The mean of career adaptability of high school students is lower than the mean of vocational students . The conclusion in this study is that there is a significant difference in career adaptability between high school students and vocational students. Students who attend vocational schools have a higher career adaptability than students who attend high school.en_US
